Description
Lakendra Vince, an assassin, has to come to terms with a past she thought she had left behind years ago when a friend's life is endangered. She is soon introduced to the Angel war Base where he Christians, who were thrown into exile years ago, have been staying and building up an army to attack the Counselor. However, the Counselor has other plans in mind for his daughter, Lakendra. Other plans that will test her views on the world and her faith in her own family. To have faith and believe are two things that Lakendra has never fully understood and she quickly learns that to save the only people who have ever accepted her, she must fight and believe and have faith.
