Allie is a girl that has been with the Air Spy Organization for all her life. Everyone that she knows claims that those who live underground are pests and will destroy the Air people's homes for fun.
On the other hand, the Underground citizens think the same of the Air people. Can Allie succeed in her spy mission AND figure out the longtime rivalry between Air and Underground?
