Chapter One

Meredith has been working hard as long as she can remember. A management consultant and mother to Hadley and Avery (and wife to Ted!), she is occupied at full capacity with barely a moment to think about what she wants. After a particularly bad day at work though, Meredith decides it's time to take a break, which lands her in a situation she never saw coming.
