With her heart still set upon her deceased boyfriend, Jessabelle - Jessa - finds herself making a pact to not date a boy until she was ready. With the help of her best friend, Jecilia, Jessabelle makes a [failed] attempt at not falling in love. Why failed, you ask. After a breif meeting with the none other Brendon Urie, he's the only thing on her mind and vise versa. With the mysterious reasons as to why Jessabelle refuses to date, Brendon tries his hardest to find ways to hang out with Jessabelle, even if they do "stay friends", which are not Brendon's intentions whatsoever.
