Punishment

After the incident with the Avengers, Thor takes Loki to Asgard for just punishment. Odin decides to strip his powers and exile him to Midgard (Earth). When S.H.I.E.L.D finds him, what will happen? Will someone come to the rescue? And if they do, will Loki find love and friendship?
