Sibyl System has received strange signals from Russia. This led to Akane's trip to Moscow, on a mission to find out what happened. Her visit ended up as a disastrous end to her career as an Inspector as her discoveries in Russia defied Sibyl in many ways. Now, she's trying to survive the city's odds.
