Prologue:From a Hellhole to an Asylum

Nobody loved him. Nobody wanted him. Nobody cared he even existed. Unless they wanted to kill him. Except for a certain scarecrow that escaped from a certain asylum. Years later after certain events a mysterious figure appears in the elemental nations and everyone that comes across him are left screaming in fear at what appears to be nothing. Who is this man? And what is his goal? Will the nations find out and stop him in time? And who is this other man dressed like a bat after him?
