Five months after the events of the previous book, Oswald has his own club and cares about nothing else but that and the new licenses he gives to criminals in order to keep control of every crime committed in Gotham City. Even the friendship between him and Charlotte was put aside. Things seem to take a darker turn for Charlotte.
