The Powerless

Izuku Midoriya a young boy who is quirkless in a world full of extraordinary quirks which are powers that 95% of the population has. (I changed it because I wanted to) Watch him prove to the world that anyone can become a hero.

P.S any art is not mine because I am absolutely bad at drawing also disclaimer I do not own anything that shows up except the plot of the story.
Also there is some inspiration from the other my hero academia story Perseverance with the whole martial arts thing and whatnot.
