Ulysses is a mouse living in a mouse world. Said mouse world has mouses as its main species, much like humans in ours. You could say this is one of those furry stories, but there's little to none romance and, in general, it's pretty nasty, because Ulysses is not any kind of mouse: he is a man among mice, if you will.
