Betty and her twin brother Sweet Pea, live alone in the small town of Riverde. Their parents were unfortunately killed due to a drunk driver incident.

The twins are as close as two siblings could be. They're each other's everything.

What happens when Sweet Pea finds himself in a relationship. Will Betty approve? Will Betty and Sweet Pea's relationship change?
