It's Lapis' turn to help save a city, one much more grand than her own. Blue finally convinces the Crystal Gems to help her protect Empire City, a job bigger than anyone had ever thought up. While trying not to separate from Peridot, whom she just reunited with, Lapis is challenged with the task of keeping the two safe, and facing her fear of the city chaos around her.
Thankfully, she's not alone.
