She was indeed a metahuman. But not some bank robber or even a weather wizard, and not The Flash either. Maya Ranzz was a metahuman who's powers manifested in her 4 years after the particle accelerator explosion, in Central City. Due to these new powers, she finds herself facing impossibilities becoming possibilities, some of which include phenomenons on Earth 2. Meanwhile, when Bart Allen arrives in her time, who would've thought she'd develop feelings of any kind?
