Dylan Scott, A Minnesota girl gets a record deal with Rocque Records. So she moves to L.A. and gets a surprise, when her cousin James Diamond and her best friends Carlos, Logan and Kendall go to L.A. to become a boyband. Whenever Dylan was little, she used to watch her dad perform on stage. He was a famous Rockstar legend that made amazing hits.

Kendall and Dylan have been Next-door neighbors for years ever since they we're in the 1st grade but as the days turned into weeks, Weeks turned into Months and Months turned into years, Dylan and Kendall become more closer then ever but things come between them that make life a little harder.
