Forced by her mother to get out of her house and experience the world, Peyton ends up back at Camp Albanica: the place that ruined her life.

Miserable, cynical and pessimistic, Peyton wallows through life and intends to continue doing so at the infamous camp. In fact she expected to become more sardonic... if that was even possible.

Except she doesn't, one boy who is far to overzealous for her liking manages to crack through her walls, past her snark and sarcasm and show her what living actually means.
