Nick Lowell is head of the secret Japanese crime organization otherwise known as the yakuza. When his best friend is killed in Gotham, he believes it to be murder but sets out to find out himself. He's heard of the jokers reputation and plans to enlist his help.

Joker is head of the Gotham Criminal Alliance. After a series of destroyed assets, he quickly learns he is being targeted by an unknown assailant.

Nick and Joker confront each other.

On top of it all, Joker discovers a secret.
