Artemis is dealing with the problem of a male guardian, upset huntresses, trying not to laugh when Lee and Tara team up with Thalia to mess with him and her strange growing feelings for the guardian. At the same time, Annaleise Clair and Tara Zuch have run away from the system after their aunt died. Lee never knew her parents and is fascinated by the new world she has been thrust into. Tara has never felt like she was real in her body, and she can't help but long to be a boy. That's why she can't join the hunt. Logan Amer is only 10, but on probatio in the legion. His godly parent hasn't claimed him yet, but he knows that his mom will because Jason's dad did. He looks up to Jason Grace and his girlfriend Piper, as well as the other seven. He's never met his hero, Percy Jackson, though. For some reason, he's been getting creeps whenever he's around Annabeth. Join this cast of characters as they wonder who the red eyed woman is, why Tara feels the way she does, and why Lee won't join the hunt. Smile with Percy while he ponders about why he's falling in love with Artemis. A whirlwind love story begins as the camps converge, but will they figure out who the villain is?
