Izobelle was just, or she thought, going to walk home to sober up a bit. But when hot strangers walk the night and she wakes up nothing like herself she realize walking home wasnt the best decision. and having to live with this cold heartless stranger or so she thinks, is not good. And when he's the one who's keeping here alive she has no choice but to stay.
