Prologue

Sometimes it only takes a minute to fall in love with someone.
Sometimes you can find that one person who would mean so much to you in a very unlikely situation.
When you're broken, vulnerable and lost.
When you're half alive and just trying to survive.
When you're not ready to give a piece of yourself to other people.
It's a risk and a chance.

Because, love, is war.
And, in a war there is always a casualty.
But, it's not all that there is. There is always so much more.
