Her fucked up life and no support (apart from her long-term friend Charlotte) lead her into a fuck load of problems, eventually causing her to self-harm and involve in shit which she really doesn't want to do. Eventually her problems get worse leading her away from everyone she loves and causing not less but only more problems to arise.
