It's somewhere in the future and monsters are more common, even though monsters are common, they are all deemed dangerous and are hunted and killed.

Which makes monster bounty hunting a very needed job. Clover, along with his brothers are supposed to become bounty hunters just like their parents...but when it's clover's turn to start training, he starts to become a monster.
