Description
Sparrow doesn't know who she is. The first 16 years of her life were lost during an explosion. For the past five years she has been living in a world where superheroes or 'powered ones' fight villains and wear capes. Sparrow is one of the villains and has been living among them since the accident. She changes sides when her long time rival and famed hero, Volt, offers to take her 'under his wing'.
