Prologue

Jonas is few thousand years old and a cupid. His job is to pair people together and he loves it. He loves love and loves helping people fall in love. However, in his short cupid life, he has never fallen in love. Among cupids falling in love means pain and suffering and the possibility of something much worse than death.

Jonas's world is similar to our own but not really. The world he leaves in is full of secrets, magic, and death. How will he manage to pair a couple when in a world like that and where he ends up falling in love with someone he is suppose to pair with someone else?
