Chapter One

Chelle loves the beach and has come to know a small, secluded one as her own. As she's swimming here with her dog, Gachie, she meets Ave, an ordinary-seeming girl. Chelle soon learns that things with Ave aren't exactly normal - for starters, she's a mermaid. One of her dreams is to walk on dry land - just as Chelle dreams of an undersea world. A magical spell allows the two friends to switch lives .. and that's when this tale starts to get twisted.
