Prologue

A young mixed-race couple, a human and a fire elf, embark on a journey across a dark forest towards the progressive city of Herein where they hope to start a new life together without all the hate that comes from the old world beliefs. Little do they know they are about to come face to face with the were-rat gang known as the Mangari. Will they survive long enough to see their dreams come true?
