Ouma Kokichi is tired of this, tired of being treated so poorly and just letting it happen. Pretending it isn't a problem won't fix anything, and he would feel awful if he tried to leave -probably wouldn't even be able get away from them either- so he reluctantly decides to try and make them better people.

But is it possible for him to do any of this if he's always just let them walk over him?
