Description
My life was terrible. I was a sixteen year old girl, growing up with no mother. She had left me and my dad when I was only six years old, or so I had been told. I received a letter which invited me to stay the summer at my mother's place, which was across the Atlantic ocean. Along the journey I was pushed off a cruise ship, and into some of the coldest waters Imaginable. It was then that I entered a new world. My mother's world. My mother lived in some place that was under the water and sat right above the earths core. Only certain people could live there, because you had to have special heat repellant skin. I had that. I was a Kawivian. Here, in Kawivia it was like paradise, and I never wanted to leave, although there were dangers lurking in the dark. Dangers that called my name. If I stayed, I would be in danger. If I left, I would leave everyone else (including the one boy who I couldnt help but fall in love with) in danger. It all would come down to this one choice.
