Rebirth

Marko was in Hell. It was a very bright hell and had a surprising number of babies. At that thought he stopped moving and looked at the closest baby and realized something incredibly frightening, he was the same size as it. He was a baby... he screamed. Marko is reborn in the past as Michael's twin. Eventually Paul/Marko with a side of David/Michael
