Chapter 1

Natalie Owens is a small town girl living a fairly normal life. She is an artist who has just graduated from high school and works at a local grocery store . . . but things aren't always what they seem. When her childhood friend Ashton comes back into town, he is quick to discover the secrets she was been living with for the past two years. Ashton is determined to help Natalie escape her demons, uncovering secrets of his own along the way. As Natalie and Ashton grow closer, they learn that getting to know one another includes accepting the good and the bad.
