Lief and his companions have travelled throughout Deltora, in search of the seven gems. Finally their quest is over and it's time to complete their final task; find the heir to the throne. With all hopes on finding the heir, May and Dain suddenly find themselves kidnapped. The fight to take Deltora back for themselves brings everyone to stand for their country once and for all.
