Chapter 1

Krypto comes to visit the Harpercop family in Capitol City. While there, he becomes a friend and mentor to Shoeshine, a beagle who's gained extraordinary superpowers after an experimental accident. Krypto now must teach Shoeshine how to be the nation's Underdog hero and help him save the city from a wicked mad scientist, Simon Barsinister.
