What twenty-one-year-old hasn't drank yet?

Between losing her boyfriend, job, apartment, and best friend, all around the same time, Billie Anderson's life is thrown into chaos. Having lost the chance to go to her dream-school, she's forced to accept a scholarship to the local college in her hometown.
