Being a writer can be extremely triggering for someone with some type of mental health struggle.

An intense scene can break down some heavy walls that you built over the years. I know I have, and I can either pretend that I don't or face it.

So I figured that if I'm going to force myself to face some of the things that have haunted me, might as well try to help someone else.
