When an infant, Bakugou was abandoned by his parents in the Dragon Woods. King Endeavor of the Todoroki Kingdom was wandering in the woods one day and heard a baby cooing. He approached the sound and what he was was? DRAGONS! Amazed and shocked by the sight of dragons caring for this unknown infant, he waited for the dragons to sleep and then snatched Bakugou.
