13 year-old Kelley Bell has felt that she's been in a dark room all her life. With her mother gone after a mysterious murder, her father no where to be found what so ever (since Kelley thinks he murdered her mother), and the war everyone's talking about, has poor old Kelley caught up in a daze at the Apple Wood Orphanage.
