Prologue

Given the chance to return to Regona, Sahara takes it. Times, however, have changed.

Lithium City has stumbled across Regona and has taken it upon itself to restore the fallen to its former glory. The crews in Regona aren't quite on board.
Mysterious disappearances are followed by a threat of a rebellion from the hoverboarders.
