Chapter 1 - Beginnings

In a city filled with decay four strangers stories slowly begin to coincide. A murder is on the loose and together the pieces of their broken worlds become one. Two neighbours in an apartments block, a detective and the killer himself link their stories as Vice pushes them to their limits.
