Her friend Randy has returned from his journey around the Johto from the annual Cherry Blossom festival and as a gift he gives her a Ninetales. With the mysterious climate change and the new mountains growing rapidly at the base of Mt. Silver, things are becoming strange around the Johto region. But that's not the only thing that's weird, Team Rocket has found a way to control the legendary pokemon of the Johto and Kanto regions with, music?
