It has been 11 years since the Mafia took over the capital. After that day, their supernaturally advanced technology spread, leaving only 200 "Clean". Many of these 200 people came together to form what is now known as the Rebellion. Takashi Shirogane is the renown leader of this group. Together, the Rebellion fight to save the human race.
