Vanessa Ralphs is a girl who has cancer. Brain tumor to be exact. (that's the only cancer I could think of) She has less than a year to live and her parents abandoned her after the horrid news. When the Make-A-Wish foundation asks Vanessa what her wish is, she asks to meet One Direction. When she finally meets them, she hesitates to be kind because she was upset they only came because they felt bad. Soon, Vanessa learns to accept them and gets a little cozy with Zayn Malik. They bond and get closer, but will they ever become more? And more importantly, will Vanessa get better?
