A young boy, Min Yoongi, at the age of 19 was diagnosed with Stage 4 Thyroid cancer with metastasis forming in his lungs. Every day he fights this and succeeds. He then meets a boy that shows up at his therapy group, and the tables turn dramatically on them. (So basically The Fault in our Stars but very different)
