Chapter 1

Serving in Starfleet had been Lyn's dream since she was just a tiny girl. Growing up in a small isolated community, she had worked hard to reach her dreams and make it into the Starfleet program. And now she had reached her final year at the academy and her first chance to go into space. With just her final year left of her studies before her 6-month cadet space placement (or CSP for short) Lyn was ready to finally reach the stars. But an accident changes everything and threatens to derail her whole career before it even has a chance to begin.
