(y/n) (y/l/n). A girl from the selfless faction of Abnegation. She lives under the control of Abnegation with her father and younger brother Chuck. She has always imagined her future as one in her original faction, but finds she begins to doubt her plans more and more as she grows older. Newt. A boy from the kind faction of Amity. He's never fit in his original faction, and has always doubted the faction manifesto. As he draws closer to the Choosing Ceremony, he realises that there is another path he can take. A different future. Sometimes, choices are all that we have left. The story follows you and Newt as you make your way into the future, to make choices and solve problems that are far from yours. A Divergent/Maze Runner fanfiction, based on characters created by James Dashner and themes created by Veronica Roth. Some lines are taken from both the books and movies.
