When Devin was young, she wanted to have powers like the heros she saw in her favorite movies. Always being imaginative and special. But one day when one of her dad's experiments goes wrong while she's outside watching clouds, what will happen when Devin is struck by man made lightning? How will her new powers be helpful, or harmful to the human race?
