Silent Blizzard

(Y/n) is a peculiar boy with a pretty peculiar quirk. However, most just think of it as erratic and uncontrollable. Thanks to this he doesn't have any friends and is encouraged by his teachers to not speak at all to anyone. He feels alone and outcasted until he meets a boy with green hair that makes him have hope in his dream of becoming a hero.
