Jac and fletch have never got on, they are both very different. Now fletch is bombarding her ward with his new head of nursing job, jac is not impressed. Fletch is intrigued by jac but can't get in her way as she will be on his case for ever. But fletch can read jac like a book, she is hurt and he wants to know why.
