Chapter 1

This is a story of where Kara and Barry are in the same universe. Instead of Barry getting super speed when lightning hits him he gets a stutter,childish behavior,and shaky hands. Will someone help him overcome his depression and stutter?(I stole the idea of someone's one shot.)
