How do you follow your heart when it is shattered into a million pieces at your feet? How do you fix a phantom pain when the source of the hurt has long since disappeared? How do you answer questions that were never meant to be answered? Through despair and the brutal kick of life, Amira has stood tall, for seventeen grueling years she forced herself to live through every day, suffering in silent torment. She never understood what love was, because she never had anyone to teach her. She was stuck in a cage that had limited her ambition since birth, but what happens when someone, someone who doesn't conform to her norm, walks BACK into her life. What happens when she finds out a secret that was burried in the shadows of time? Will she accept that there is more to life, and perhaps more than one magnificent world out there? Or will she find herself so damaged by her past that she can't break free of her chains? My own work, every word was thought out and written with a passion for writing in every key stroke. Please keep in mind, however, that this IS in fact my first story, and I would appreciate constructive critism not hateful remarks only meant to hurt. Picture I used for the cover belong to a truly inspiring artist named Louis Ryou who's work is truly magnificent, all credit for the picture goes to him, I only used it as a cover for my book.
