Description

MY CHILD MY GOLD Never do and make her works in vain, never say and make her feels the pain. Remember her sorrow, and save her a day. Know her pillow, and never let your actions fade her away. Mother's head sun scorching, smock that fell making your dreams so touching. Mother's mouth that seized to eat, Oh! you,for your tommy to get the meat, and stop its stupid beat. Eyes closed to see her load, legs opened wide to finish the load. Life so sad to give a mood, mother so mad searching for a wood. Sweat overall like put-on, struggles and obstacles fight her upon. Mother's curse, when boy-child evilly fill a pursue. Mother's worry, when girl-child brings home no dowry, making mother weep as she sees her dairy.
