Eliza & Brenda Ramsy are gifted teens. With abilities beyond imagination. While Eliza can look like anybody, telekinesis, telepathy, and can sense people's feelings, Brenda can manipulate anyone's mind, turn her skin to metal, and control the weather. It's a unique gift, as their older cousin, April, says. And it also becomes an interest to the turtles when they learn from Splinter that not only does he want April to be brought to the sewers, but Eliza and Brenda too. For they are in danger and the enemy will stop at nothing to get them.
